Is it the last week of our yoga challenge already? Wow – time blew by didn’t it?
I’m happy to say this week has been my personal grand final because I’ve done really well
- Practise yoga twice a week √
- At least half an hour of Pilates √
- Making time for a 4 minute energy boosting workout each day √
- Enjoying my time working out √
I’ve accomplished every single goal I’d set myself.
My trial week @ the gym has ended and I’m back to doing yoga once a week for 5 or 6 more weeks until the summer break.
After the summer break I’m gonna start working out @ the gym I’ve enjoyed myself very much this past week in the gym and even though I LOVE yoga – I can’t do both at the same time so I have to make a decision. I’ve done yoga for a year now, so I think it’s time to explore what the gym has to offer!
I still have a dream of becoming a PT one day, so I think it’s time for me to follow a new path to see where it will take me
