Kill candida overgrowth with these nine powerful herbs:
via Kill candida overgrowth with these nine powerful herbs.
I was just searching the internet for some information on Candida and this is one of the articles I found to be helpful.
www.naturalnews.com is a great source for health and nutrition related articles; so go check it out if you have time!
The 9 herbs they discuss are:
#1 Oregano Oil = I’ve heard great stories but have never used this myself. It’s very potent so be cautious!
Note => My personal #1 would be Tea Tree oil which I’ll discuss in a different blog-post some time soon!
#2 Olive Leaf Extract = I’ve never used olive leaf extract… I do cook with olive leafs though; not sure if that counts
!
#3 Pau D`Arco = I love this herb! I’ve used this before and I really noticed my immune system getting stronger and my Candida issues getting less intense!
#4 Garlic = I LOVE garlic! I could easily eat raw garlic for lunch and dinner! Unfortunately the people around me aren’t so pleased with me whenever I’ve eaten garlic… Some people get ‘garlic-breath’ worse than others, and unfortunately my breath stinks really bad if I eat garlic
‘Oops’! So I take garlic capsules every day and I really notice a difference in my immune system if I forget to take them for a couple of days.
#5 Neem = I’ve heard many great stories (it’s also a natural teeth cleaner I believe…) but I’ve never tried this before!
#6 Apple Cider Vinegar = just make sure it’s unfiltered! I love ACV! I put it on everything you can imagine
ever since discovering it has health benefits I’m hooked!
#7 Echinacea = I never knew this is a powerful herb against yeast overgrowth… I do take a Echinacea supplement during autumn / winter time and I love it. It really helps me to keep colds at bay.
#8 Black Walnut = I’ve tried this before but it was as a combination supplement from the brand ‘Now’ (Candida Clear) – so who knows… it might be beneficial ;-) I do love this supplement btw!
#9 Coconut Oil = or if you don’t like coconut oil I’d take a caprylic acid supplement… works wonders in my opinion!
